At WV Allure, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return your item within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be included

For hygiene reasons, some items like lingerie and underwear may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Need a different item?

No problem—simply place a new order and return the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll resolve it quickly.
